Psalm 65
1Praise waits for you, God, in Zion. To you shall vows be performed. 2to you all men will come. You who hear prayer, 3but you atoned for our transgressions. Sins overwhelmed me, 4that he may live in your courts. We will be filled with the goodness of your house, your holy temple. Blessed is one whom you choose, and cause to come near, 5God of our salvation. of those who are far away on the sea; By awesome deeds of righteousness, you answer us, You who are the hope of all the ends of the earth, 6having armed yourself with strength; Who by his power forms the mountains, 7the roaring of their waves, and the turmoil of the nations. who stills the roaring of the seas, 8You call the morning’s dawn and the evening with songs of joy. They also who dwell in faraway places are afraid at your wonders. 9You greatly enrich it. You provide them grain, for so you have ordained it. You visit the earth, and water it. The river of God is full of water. 10You level its ridges. You soften it with showers. You bless it with a crop. You drench its furrows. 11Your carts overflow with abundance. You crown the year with your bounty. 12The hills are clothed with gladness. The wilderness grasslands overflow. 13The valleys also are clothed with grain. They also sing. The pastures are covered with flocks. They shout for joy!
