Psalm 112

1Praise Yah! * Blessed is the man who fears Yahweh, who delights greatly in his commandments. 2The generation of the upright will be blessed. His offspring * will be mighty in the land. 3His righteousness endures forever. Wealth and riches are in his house. 4gracious, merciful, and righteous. Light dawns in the darkness for the upright, 5He will maintain his cause in judgment. It is well with the man who deals graciously and lends. 6The righteous will be remembered forever. For he will never be shaken. 7His heart is steadfast, trusting in Yahweh. He will not be afraid of evil news. 8He will not be afraid in the end when he sees his adversaries. His heart is established. 9His righteousness endures forever. His horn will be exalted with honor. He has dispersed, he has given to the poor. 10He shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away. The desire of the wicked will perish. The wicked will see it, and be grieved.
